All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Please Note:
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 3-7 business days - Rs 250
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery Time: 3-4 business days -
The delivery estimates are approximate and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship to the all over Karachi.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, unclaimed delivery, or refusal by the recipient, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for resending the package. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your purchase minus the shipping charges.
